- Title: Human Resources Manager
- Location: Abu-Dhabi, UAE

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Human Resources Manager for our Abu-Dhabi office who can provide effective leadership and ensure the efficient operation of the HR department. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role. We are willing to consider foreign candidates.
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
- Managing the recruitment and selection process
- Overseeing onboarding of new hires
- Developing internal communication strategies, policies, and procedures
- Maintaining pay plan and benefits program
- Assessing training needs to apply and monitor training programs
- Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
- Proven experience as HR manager or other pertinent HR experience
- Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with HR software, like HRIS or HRMS
- Ability to develop strategies along with leadership skills
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
