Job summary
A leading hotel chain in Ras al-Khaimah is seeking an F&B Supervisor to lead the team in creating unforgettable dining experiences. Responsibilities include mentoring staff, supervising operations, and enhancing guest satisfaction scores through effective feedback management. Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, possess a degree in hospitality management or food & beverage, and demonstrate strong leadership and problem-solving skills. This full-time position does not allow for remote work.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Well-versed with Restaurant Service/Inroom Dining Operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the Inroom Dining team.
- Supervise and delegate duties while ensuring brand standards.
- Focus on guest feedback to improve satisfaction scores.

- You’ll take care of resource planning manage your team and support your teams development.
- Assist in leading mentoring and training the Inroom Dining team
- Supervise and delegate duties; Ensure brand standards are maintained
- Regularly review house counts. forecast and VIP list and communicate daily between all outlets
- Liaise with kitchen to ensure the highest standard of food quality and visual appeal
- Focused on guest feedback and always on go to improve the guest satisfaction scores
- Should have min. 2 years experience in similar role.
- Degree in hospitality management / food & beverage
- Should be well versed with Restaurant Service/Inroom Dining Operations
- Service focused personality is essential and a passion for everything food and beverage
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities and the ability to lead by example
