Your Role: Integrating Finance with Operational Excellence
This position requires a unique blend of financial oversight and proactive operational management. You will be responsible for ensuring that our commercial activities are reflected accurately in our books and executed flawlessly in our supply chain.
- Financial Management: Execute daily accounting tasks, including bank reconciliations, VAT compliance, and month-end closing procedures. You will ensure full alignment with IFRS standards and internal financial controls.
- Supply Chain & Marketplace Ownership: Oversee stock replenishment and PO management across all major e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Noon, etc.). You will manage the end-to-end flow of goods, from inbound logistics to last-mile fulfillment.
- Analytical Oversight: Conduct rigorous P&L analysis for online and offline resellers. This includes auditing marketplace fees, managing billing disputes, and reviewing promotional margins to ensure commercial viability.
- Inventory Control: Maintain absolute visibility of inventory across UAE and KSA warehouses. You will be responsible for stock health reporting, coverage analysis, and coordinating inter-warehouse transfers to mitigate risks.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between Finance, Sales, and Logistics to streamline day-to-day operations and resolve service-level bottlenecks.
Skills & Qualities
- Strong Educational Foundation: A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline is essential. Candidates with progress toward professional certifications (CMA/ACCA/CIMA) will be viewed favorably.
- Financial Acumen: Solid understanding of accounting principles, product costing, and financial reporting.
- Operational Knowledge: Familiarity with supply chain logistics, inventory management systems, and e-commerce marketplace structures.
- Advanced Technical Skills: High proficiency in Excel for data modeling and experience working with ERP systems.
- Professional Rigor: A methodical approach to problem-solving, with high attention to detail and a commitment to meeting strict deadlines.
