Qualifications

• Hands-on experience using CargoWise and Dubai Trade platforms.

Responsibilities

• Verify and cross-check original documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Handle Delivery Order (DO) issuance in Dubai Trade.
• Coordinate daily operations with client offices GSC and manifest teams.
• Manage carrier bookings through online carrier portals.
• Create and maintain jobs in CargoWise ensuring all shipment data is accurately recorded.
• Print and verify Master Air Waybill (MAWB) and manifests.
• Perform job costing in CargoWise for accurate financial tracking.
• Maintain communication with customers, truckers, ports, and handling agents.
• Provide pre-alerts to destination teams with required documentation.
• Update systems with latest shipment status and details.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Sea-Air Operations Coordinator to manage and coordinate sea-air shipments efficiently and accurately. The ideal candidate will have strong operational knowledge in freight forwarding and hands-on experience with documentation carrier bookings and system updates to ensure smooth end-to-end logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify and cross-check original documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Handle Delivery Order (DO) issuance in Dubai Trade.
• Coordinate daily operations with client offices GSC and manifest teams to ensure timely updates and smooth cargo flow.
• Manage carrier bookings through online carrier portals.
• Create and maintain jobs in CargoWise (CW) ensuring all shipment data is accurately recorded.
• Print and verify Master Air Waybill (MAWB) and manifests as per operational requirements.
• Perform job costing in CW to ensure accurate financial tracking.
• Maintain effective communication with customers truckers ports and handling agents to ensure efficient shipment handling.
• pre-alerts to destination teams and ensure all required documentation is shared promptly.
• Update customer and internal systems (including Dnata and client systems) with the latest shipment status and details.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sea-air or air freight operations within the logistics and supply chain industry.
• Strong understanding of freight documentation customs procedures and carrier coordination.
• Hands-on experience using CargoWise and Dubai Trade platforms.
• Familiarity with Dnata systems is preferred.
