I'm working with an exciting Dubai-based digital agency that's making waves in the hospitality and entertainment space—think trendy restaurants, nightlife venues, boutique hotels, and lifestyle brands. They're on the hunt for a talented Social Media Account Manager to join their growing team.

About the Role:

This is a client-facing role ideal for someone who lives and breathes social media, knows what performs online, and can handle multiple hospitality accounts with style. You'll manage everything from strategy to execution, including building calendars, briefing content teams, reporting on performance, and being the go-to for your clients.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Owning the social media strategy and day-to-day management for multiple hospitality/entertainment clients
• Creating and managing detailed content calendars
• Briefing photographers, videographers, and designers for social-first content
• Analyzing performance and producing actionable monthly reports
• Staying ahead of social trends, particularly in the hospitality and lifestyle space
• Acting as the key client contact for all things social

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of social media experience, preferably in an agency setting
• A solid track record working with hospitality, F&B, lifestyle, or entertainment brands
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and emerging platforms
• Confident communicator with excellent client handling skills
• Aesthetically driven with a good eye for content and branding
• Must be currently based in Dubai or willing to relocate
