Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Civil Works Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and maintenance of civil infrastructure projects related to depot facilities and online buildings, ensuring compliance with safety standards, budget constraints, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Project Management & Execution

  • Lead the planning, design, and construction of depot and online building projects.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely delivery.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers.

Depot Operations Oversight

  • Supervise depot infrastructure, including warehousing, logistics, and building maintenance.
  • Monitor stock levels and ensure efficient material flow and storage.
  • Implement health and safety protocols across depot operations.

Maintenance & Compliance

  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
  • Ensure all civil works comply with local regulations, environmental standards, and safety codes.
  • Respond to emergencies and infrastructure failures with timely solutions.

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Liaise with internal departments, government agencies, and community stakeholders.
  • Communicate project updates and operational changes effectively.

Team Leadership

  • Recruit, train, and manage civil works and depot staff.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in civil infrastructure or depot management.
  • Experience in managing large‑scale construction or refurbishment projects.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD).
  • Strong understanding of supply chain and logistics principles.
  • Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
