We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Community Manager to join our team in El-Fujairah, UAE. As a Digital Community Manager, you will be responsible for managing the online presence and engagement of our brand's digital community across various social media platforms.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement and traffic.
  • Monitor and respond to online conversations and comments from the community.
  • Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns and promotions that resonate with the community.
  • Analyze social media data and provide insights to improve community engagement.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital community management.
  • Plan, organize, and moderate online events to engage the community.
  • Build relationships with influencers and other brands within the community to increase reach.
  • Provide excellent customer service through prompt and helpful responses to inquiries or concerns from the community.
Requirements
