We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive for our multi‑skilled Performance Marketing team. You will be responsible, with the help of the Team Lead, for creating, shaping and optimizing our digital campaigns while also working with multiple internal teams including marketing, design and development to create and execute end‑to‑end marketing strategies.

Responsibilities
  • Articulate and drive the strategy and results around our efforts to engage customers and drive business growth using various online marketing channels
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and optimize spend and performance based on insights
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Analyze data to identify problems and opportunities
  • Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing
  • Define OKRs (objectives and key results) for channel experiences and campaigns

Qualifications
  • Minimum bachelor's degree from a reputable university
  • In‑depth practical knowledge of digital marketing tools, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other programmatic media buying channels
  • Deep understanding of web analytics
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategies and best practices
  • Previous experience in a similar digital marketing role is preferred
  • Strong technical and data analysis skills
  • Strong command in MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Sharp strategic and analytical thinking with the ability to translate quantitative & qualitative data and insights into a robust marketing strategy
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Self‑motivated and willing to take on new challenges
