An established industry player is seeking a Lean Manufacturing Engineer to drive continuous improvement initiatives within a dynamic production environment. This role involves optimizing processes, reducing waste, and enhancing operational performance through Lean principles. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the engineer will lead efforts to develop Standard Operating Procedures, monitor Key Performance Indicators, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of experience in Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean tools and methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives and Kaizen events.
