Responsibilities

Our newest opportunity is for a talented Office Attendant to join our team based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of the office to ensure a clean, organised, and professional environment.

We envisage success in this role to include;

  • Assist at office reception and provide support during meetings.
  • Distribute documents and internal communications as required.
  • Ensure the office is clean and well maintained; oversee housekeeping staff.
  • Conduct health and safety checks and assist with basic maintenance tasks.
  • Monitor office supplies and support with ordering and restocking.
  • Report facility issues to management and assist with office repairs, rearrangements, and general upkeep.
  • Provide reprographics support, including printing, copying, collating, laminating, and binding.
  • Handle basic administrative tasks such as scanning, archiving, and updating simple records.
Qualifications

To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 2-5 years of work experience partnered with a high school education.

  • Good working knowledge of written and spoken English.
  • Well-presented, positive, friendly, and professional demeanour.
  • Strong attention to detail and understanding of confidentiality.
  • Willingness to work as part of a team and follow office policies and procedures.
  • Basic computer literacy; training in MS Office / other office tools will be provided.
