Our requirements

1. Current experience: You need to be currently working in an inpatient role in a hospital setting, or you must be willing to return to an inpatient role within a required timeframe.
2. Education: Graduated from an accredited school of nursing.
3. Registered Nurse with NCLEX.
4. English proficiency: You will need to pass an English proficiency test (such as OET or IELTS) before coming to the U.S., which we can help prepare you for.
5. You should be highly motivated to pursue a rewarding nursing career in the U.S., with a passion for excellence in patient care.
