Job summary
A healthcare facility in Dubai is seeking a nursing professional to provide and coordinate patient-centric nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Minimum qualifications include a Nursing Diploma and at least one year of experience in ODP Ophthalmology. The role involves delivering quality care, ensuring patient safety, and contributing to a supportive learning environment. UAE experience is desirable.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of current / recent experience in ODP Opthalmology.
- UAE experience would be beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Deliver quality patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
- Ensure patient safety by identifying and managing risks.
- Create a conducive environment for positive patient experiences.
- Contribute to a learning environment that builds employee competence.
Education
Provide and coordinate patient-centric and evidence based nursing care, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, by ensuring compliance to ethical and professional standards set by regulatory authorities and the company
- Deliver quality patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse in collaboration with the multi professional team according to set clinical standards and relevant legislation
- Ensure patient safety by identifying, preventing and managing risks in accordance with appropriate MCME risk policies, procedures and relevant legislation
- Take active responsibility for positive patient experiences by creating a conducive environment as guided by nursing leadership
- Contribute to a learning environment that builds employee competence
Essential : Nursing Diploma
Essential : At least 1 year of current / recent experience in ODP Opthalmology
Desired : UAE experience would be beneficial
