Job summary

A leading global well-being company located in Dubai is seeking a Sales Analyst to collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to enhance strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of relevant experience and possess advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Power BI. The role requires collaboration across teams and emphasizes the accurate delivery of sales performance dashboards and reporting, alongside identifying trends and opportunities in sales performance. Excellent communication skills are a must.

Qualifications

  • 24 years of relevant experience in sales analysis, business analytics or commercial planning.
  • Strong understanding of data integrity, cleansing and validation best practices.
  • Familiarity with data analysis and statistical tools is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the accuracy, integrity and consistency of all sales data and reports.
  • Deliver monthly and quarterly sales performance dashboards to management.
  • Support the development of sales forecasts, budgets and target-setting processes.
  • Partner with the sales team to evaluate promotions, pricing strategies and channel performance.
  • Provide ad hoc analyses and insights to support decision-making at all organizational levels.
  • Collect, consolidate and analyze sales data from multiple sources.
  • Track and report on key sales KPIs such as volume, revenue and profitability.
  • Prepare management presentations and sales performance reports.

About the Role:

The Sales Analyst will be responsible for collecting analyzing and interpreting sales data to provide insights that support strategic decision-making. The role involves tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) identifying sales trends and helping improve overall sales performance and forecasting accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the accuracy integrity and consistency of all sales data and reports.
  • Deliver monthly and quarterly sales performance dashboards to management.
  • Support the development of sales forecasts budgets and target-setting processes.
  • Partner with the sales team to evaluate promotions pricing strategies and channel performance.
  • Provide ad hoc analyses and insights to support decision-making at all organizational levels.
  • Maintain strong alignment with Finance and Marketing to ensure consistency in data and reporting.
  • Collect consolidate and analyze sales data from multiple sources (CRM ERP market data etc.).
  • Track and report on key sales KPIs such as volume revenue margins and profitability by product channel and region.
  • Identify trends opportunities and gaps in sales performance to support corrective actions.
  • Prepare management presentations and sales performance reports.
Required skills & Qualifications:
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills Proficient in pivot tables Power Query macros complex formulas and data modeling.
  • Power BI / Data Visualization Tools Experienced in designing maintaining and automating interactive dashboards.
  • CRM and ERP Systems Working knowledge of platforms such as Salesforce SAP Oracle or comparable systems.
  • Data Management & Accuracy Strong understanding of data integrity cleansing and validation best practices.
  • Analytical & Statistical Tools Familiarity with data analysis and statistical tools is an advantage.
  • Presentation & Reporting Ability to effectively communicate insights using PowerPoint and data storytelling techniques.
  • Experience 24 years of relevant experience in sales analysis business analytics or commercial planning.
  • Core Skills Strong analytical thinking problem-solving ability and high attention to detail.
  • Communication Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Collaboration Proven ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments.
