As our Marketing Manager, you'll be the architect behind how customers discover and engage with fashion on Amazon. You'll craft compelling stories that turn shopping into an adventure, while driving significant business impact through data-informed merchandising strategies. What You'll Do:
Build game-changing marketing campaigns that reach millions of fashion-conscious customers
Lead the creative vision for fashion events, seasonal launches, and exclusive product drops

Building and executing strategies that connect customers with their perfect fashion finds
Conduct A/B testing strategies to continuously evolve our content approach

Required Qualifications:
Experience in digital merchandising, marketing, or related field
Strong project management and analytical skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Data-driven decision-making capability
Strong aesthetic sensibility and interest in fashion
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Commerce, or related field
At least 2+ years of marketing and/or site merchandising experience
Fluent in Arabic (written and verbal)
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel) and experience with merchandising tools/platforms (Photoshop, Canva)
Exceptional project management capabilities with proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment
Strong quantitative analysis skills with ability to derive actionable insights from complex data
Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and systems
Strong command of digital marketing analytics platforms
