Job Summary:
Al Sahraa Recruitment Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Planning Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining detailed project plans and schedules for complex engineering projects. This role requires strong analytical skills, in-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
Experience:
Minimum of 15 years of experience in project planning and scheduling, preferably in engineering or construction projects.
Proven experience with planning software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project) and advanced scheduling techniques.
Certifications:
Professional certification in project management (e.g., Project Management Professional (PMP), Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP)) is preferred.
Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of project management principles, construction processes, and engineering practices.
Proficiency in planning and scheduling software and tools.
Analytical Skills:
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to address complex issues and make informed decisions.
Ability to interpret and analyze complex data and project information.
