Job description
Gulfa Mineral Water and Processing Industries LLC
Responsibilities
- Ability to operate and make full overhaul for packing machines (carton, shrink, and palletizer machine).
- Ability to operate and make all the required changeovers for packing machines (carton, shrink, and palletizer machine).
- Very good knowledge of packing machines (carton, shrink, and palletizer machine) and thorough knowledge about beverage production lines.
- Must have basic knowledge in mechanical and electrical.
- Ability to provide basic maintenance and breakdowns troubleshoot for packing machines (carton, shrink, and palletizer machine) on the line.
- Responsible for directing preventive/predictive maintenance programs designed to reduce unscheduled downtime (maximize equipment availability) to extend equipment life.
- Ability to identify spare parts requirements for the packing machines.
- Very good knowledge of beverage lines machine (Sidel or KHS or Krones lines).
Skills
- Ability to work in shifts.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Experience Required
- 5 years experience in beverage industry.
