Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Process Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be a UAE National with a degree in Chemical Engineering and a 02 years of experience in process engineering. This role offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to gain hands‑on experience in industrial processes operations and optimization within the energy oil & gas or manufacturing sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in analyzing, designing and optimizing chemical and industrial processes.
• Support process simulations, calculations and technical reports under the supervision of senior engineers.
• Monitor and evaluate plant performance, efficiency and safety compliance.
• Participate in process troubleshooting, improvements and technical investigations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including operations, maintenance and HSE.
• Assist in preparing technical documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs) and reports.
• Ensure adherence to industry regulations, safety standards and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering from a recognized university.
• 02 years of experience in process engineering (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Knowledge of process simulation software (Aspen HYSYS, MATLAB, etc.) is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment.
