A leading technology company based in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced candidate for Endur application support. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 10 years of experience working with Endur modules and can manage support requests independently. Strong troubleshooting and communication skills are essential. This role involves supporting front office risk and operations teams in a high-pressure trading environment, making efficient issue diagnosis imperative.
Qualificações
- Minimum of 10 years of experience working on Endur.
- Strong understanding of Endur modules including trading risk settlements and reporting.
- Familiarity with SQL queries and Endur data structures for debugging.
Responsabilidades
- Manage support requests and prioritize tasks independently.
- Diagnose and resolve issues efficiently.
- Support front office risk and operations teams.
Conhecimentos
- Minimum of 10 years of experience working on Endur. Added advantage if there is relevant experience in an Endur application maintenance or production support role.
- Strong understanding of Endur modules including trading risk settlements and reporting.
- Ability to independently manage support requests prioritize tasks and work without direct supervision
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with SQL queries and Endur data structures for debugging and issue analysis.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to support front office risk and operations teams.
- Experience working in a highpressure trading environment with tight SLAs.
- Prior exposure to incident problem and change management processes in ITILbased environments is a plus.
