POSITION SUMMARY
Prepare special meals or substitute items, regulate oven and equipment temperatures, ensure proper portioning and garnishing, maintain logs, and monitor food quality. Communicate with team during busy periods, inform staff of specials and stock status, and prepare and cook food according to standards. Also responsible for cold foods preparation.
