• Minimum of 10 years of experience working on Endur. Added advantage if there is relevant experience in an Endur application maintenance or production support role.
• Strong understanding of Endur modules including trading risk settlements and reporting.
• Ability to independently manage support requests prioritize tasks and work without direct supervision
• Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently.
• Familiarity with SQL queries and Endur data structures for debugging and issue analysis.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to support front office risk and operations teams.
• Experience working in a highpressure trading environment with tight SLAs.
• Prior exposure to incident problem and change management processes in ITILbased environments is a plus.
