Job description

The AI Tools Specialist will evaluate, recommend, implement, and manage AI, automation, analytics, and digital tools across Kaizen AMS. The role ensures that Kaizen remains at the forefront of property‑management innovation — improving resident experience, operational efficiency, sustainability, and data‑driven decision‑making.

  1. Tool Landscape Research & Assessment: Continuously scan the market for AI, automation, property‑tech, data analytics, energy management, and resident‑engagement tools. Conduct pilots or proofs‑of‑concept to evaluate suitability versus Kaizen AMS needs.
  2. Recommendation & Strategy Alignment: Develop and present tool‑selection proposals including cost‑benefit analysis, ROI, integration feasibility, and strategic alignment with Kaizen AMS goals (resident experience, sustainability, operational efficiency).
  3. Implementation & Onboarding: Lead end‑to‑end implementation of selected tools, including configuration, integration with legacy systems, data migration, and user training. Manage change management and stakeholder readiness.
  4. Operational & Resident‑Service Optimization: Leverage AI, automation, and data tools to improve resident request resolution, maintenance tracking, energy monitoring, tenant onboarding/lease management, communications, and community management workflows.
  5. Data & Reporting / Insights & Decision Support: Build dashboards and reporting frameworks across functions to support data‑driven decision‑making. Produce periodic insights reports for leadership.
  6. Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Review performance of deployed tools, gather stakeholder feedback, drive iterative improvements, and explore emerging technologies.
  7. Cross‑Functional Collaboration & Change Management: Collaborate with all business units to understand pain points, gather requirements, and ensure smooth adoption of tools.
