This position is ideal for individuals with hands-on experience in manufacturing operations and a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications such as Word and Excel; ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Experience with forklift and power materials handling equipment operation; certification preferred.
- Ability to read and navigate Human-Machine-Interface (HMI) panels.
- Willingness to adhere to all safety standards and demonstrate a strong commitment to safety for oneself and others.
- Good interpersonal skills; ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as gloves, face shield, safety glasses, ear plugs, safety shoes, Tyvek sleeves, plastic apron, and respirator during shifts.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in manufacturing preferred.
