Overview

Machine Operator Supervisor
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Machine Operator Supervisor for our manufacturing plant in Dubai. As the supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the operation of various types of machinery used in our production process.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train a team of machine operators to ensure smooth and efficient operation of all machines.
• Monitor production output and quality to meet daily targets.
• Maintain machines by performing regular inspections, troubleshooting and repairs when necessary.
• Oversee inventory levels and order necessary materials for production.
• Ensure safety protocols are being followed by all employees.
• Keep accurate records of production data, including downtime, output, and maintenance logs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing environment.
• Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
• Excellent mechanical skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues with machinery.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Salary
