Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and optimize advanced machine learning models for business needs.
• Conduct data analysis and create data-driven reports to support decision-making processes.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy models into production environments efficiently.

• Lead and mentor junior data scientists to foster their growth and development.

Requirements

• Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or related fields.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data science or analytics roles.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL is required.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Strong knowledge of statistical methods, predictive modeling, and data mining techniques.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven experience in leading data science projects and mentoring junior team members.
• Ability to work with large datasets and utilize big data technologies like Hadoop or Spark.
