As Production Director you will be responsible for managing the endtoend production process ensuring that all event operations are delivered on time within budget and meet the highest standards of quality. You will work closely with internal teams external suppliers and senior leadership to deliver seamless event experiences across the UAE and beyond.

Lead & Manage Teams Oversee internal and external production teams ensuring clear communication and alignment.

Collaborate with Event Teams Work closely with the event team to understand objectives and precise requirements.

Plan & Execute Logistics Design and execute comprehensive production plans including timelines BOQs and resource allocation.

Budget & Cost Control Estimate negotiate and manage project budgets while sourcing costeffective solutions.

Supplier & Vendor Coordination Manage supplier relationships ensure competitive bidding (minimum 3 quotes) and handle procurement.

Ensure Compliance & Safety Oversee insurance legal health and safety obligations ensuring all permissions are secured.

OnSite Oversee the setup onsite management and postevent dismantling ensuring smooth operations.

Drive Innovation Source new technologies and anticipate industry trends to enhance operational efficiency.

Optimize Processes Continuously improve internal processes workflows and production standards.
