Construction & Projects Senior Lawyer 5-7yr PQE

A leading international law firm based in Abu Dhabi is looking to recruit an Associate 5-7yrs PQE to join their growing Projects & Construction practice group, where you will be involved in some of the Middle East's leading projects. You will work in a practice that provides a full range of specialist Projects and infrastructure deals, focusing particularly on major projects work with both public and private clients.

Seeking a self-starter who is driven and committed to excellence. You will need to have excellent academics, strong drafting experience and experience working on major projects. You will be joining a successful dynamic team who are working on cutting edge projects / work.

• Participate in the delivery of major Projects & Infrastructure deals for public and private sector clients.
• Draft, negotiate and review transaction documents with a focus on quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross‑border teams on complex projects and infrastructure assignments.

• 5-7 years of PQE in Projects & Construction or a closely related field.
• Excellent academics and strong drafting experience.
• Experience working on major projects and infrastructure deals.
