Position Summary

We are seeking a highly qualified lawyer to provide comprehensive legal support across corporate, commercial, real estate, and insurance domains within the UAE. The role demands strong compliance oversight, litigation management, contract drafting, and advisory capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice, draft contracts, represent in legal proceedings, ensure compliance, and support teams with legal queries; must be Emirati National.
• Lead legal negotiations, draft documents, conduct research, and mentor junior lawyers while ensuring compliance and expertise in corporate law and litigation.
• Lead and mentor a legal team, manage complex litigation, ensure compliance, and maintain client relationships while possessing strong legal expertise and communication skills.
• Provide legal counsel on corporate governance, compliance, and contracts while mitigating risks and supporting investment decisions in accordance with UAE laws.

• Female Legal Advisor with a Bachelor’s degree in Law, strong communication skills, and experience in legal advisory and corporate governance.
• Strong knowledge of UAE laws and legal writing skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM.
• Strong Arabic and English skills.
