You will be advising on the formation and structuring of closed-ended funds investment platforms and single-asset vehicles and addition you will also work on investment management and fund governance matters across the Middle East.

This partner also has a market leading corporate practice and you will also be involved in some complex crossborder M&A JV PE and VC matters.
