The Role

The successful candidate will work across a broad range of conventional and Islamic banking and finance matters, including:

• Syndicated and bilateral corporate lending transactions
• Event-driven financings
• Islamic finance (including Shari’ah-compliant structures)
• Real estate finance
• Project finance
• Acquisition finance
• Restructuring and refinancing matters
