A leading construction recruitment firm in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Civil Foreman to supervise high-profile civil construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, with 5-8 years of experience in the UAE. Responsibilities include managing daily site operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and coordinating with various teams. This is an immediate start, with a 3-month contract.
Qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in building construction projects in UAE.
- Proven supervisory experience on residential/commercial projects.
- Strong understanding of site procedures and drawings.

- Supervise daily site operations and manage subcontractors.
- Ensure work quality according to specifications.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers and Project Manager.

The Role Our Leading Main Contractor client has a new requirement for a well experienced Civil Foreman to join their team in Abu Dhabi to work on high profile new Civil construction projects. Successful candidates will have a proven background as a Civil Foreman for large scale projects with a recognised main contractor company. This role is available for immediate joining and is an initial 3 Month Contract position as an outsource employed by J10 Consulting.
- Supervise daily site operations, labor, and subcontractors.
- Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Manager, and other trades.
- Manage resource allocation (labor, equipment, and materials).
- Monitor progress and report daily work updates.
- Ensure site safety compliance and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Resolve site-related issues promptly to avoid work delays.
- Review and interpret technical drawings and construction plans.
- Assist in quality control and inspections with the QA / QC team.
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in building construction projects in the UAE.
- Diploma or technical certificate in Civil Engineering or Construction Technology.
- Proven supervisory experience on residential and commercial projects.
- Strong understanding of construction drawings and site procedures.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple trades and teams on-site.
