Nexus Legal is currently supporting a top-tier international law firm in expanding its team in Abu Dhabi.

The firm is looking to appoint a skilled Associate with 3 - 4 years of post-qualification experience to join their growing practice. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-value transactions involving sovereign wealth funds, with a focus on private equity, fund structuring, co-investments, and M&A.

Candidates currently based at leading firms in the UAE, particularly those with hands-on experience advising regional sovereign wealth entities, will be prioritised. However, applications from professionals in other major financial centres, such as London, are also welcomed, provided they bring relevant deal experience.
