We're hiring aSolution Consultant, Legal Tech to bring deep product, solution, and industry expertise into the pre-sales process. In this product-focused role you will work with our cutting edge legal software, HighQ, Legal Tracker, CoCounsel, Practical Law, Westlaw, Contract Express, Checkpoint World, Hosted Rulebook Solution, partnering closely with Sales to diagnose customer challenges, position the right solutions, and deliver high-impact demos.

About the role

In the role of Solutions Consultant - Legal Tech, you will:

  • Provide specialized consulting to help solve business challenges faced by customers using Thomson Reuters legal software and legal content solutions, supporting new business growth, increased market share, and improved customer satisfaction.
  • Engage and assist customers throughout the pre-sales process, helping identify the right offerings to address customer pain points, improve adoption, and increase retention.
  • Advise and consult with customers and internal sales teams to define requirements and determine product needs.
  • Act as the technical and product subject-matter expert in client meetings and prospect demonstrations.
  • Deliver feature and release education, use-case enablement, and support onboarding for new clients as needed.
  • Create and deliver customer success plans and periodic business reviews (where applicable) to optimize usage and continuously drive value.
  • Serve as a product evangelist through broader customer engagement, including webinars, customer events, and occasional public speaking opportunities.
  • Scope, design, and validate current-state solutions that demonstrate what is possible with the platform, including facilitating design-thinking workshops, process re-engineering sessions, strategic consulting, and proof-of-concept initiatives.
About you

You're a fit for the role of Solution Consultant - Legal Tech if your background includes:

  • Experience with legal technology and/or legal workflows
  • Experience in a customer-facing role - ideally within SaaS or enterprise software.
  • Strong product and solution expertise with the ability to connect capabilities to customer outcomes (and explain value clearly to both business and technical audiences).
  • Demonstration excellence: ability to design and deliver structured, persuasive demos aligned to real customer workflows and use cases.
  • Workshop and facilitation ability, including leading stakeholder sessions.
  • Strong communication skills, Fluent English, Arabic is a plus
  • A collaborative mindset, able to work tightly with Sales, Product, and other internal teams to progress opportunities.
  • Prior experience presenting at webinars/events or contributing to thought leadership content.
  • Ability to support a quota-carrying or quota-influencing pre-sales motion.
