Job Required.

• Study all legal matters related to the company and provide legal opinions and advice to the concerned decision-making bodies.
• Draft, review, and legally validate all types of contracts and agreements concluded by the company with individuals or entities, ensuring their compliance, enforceability, and absence of legal loopholes.
• Interpret laws and regulations and ensure their implementation in accordance with issued directives.
• Provide legal consultations and evaluate legal disputes and conflicts referred by management and various departments.
• Provide legal advice on matters related to laws, regulations, and legislations to avoid legal risks and challenges.
• Prepare and develop legal guidelines related to the interpretation of laws, regulations, systems, and legally related procedures.
• Supervise the collection of evidence and documentation that supports the company's legal position in disputes and legal cases.
