Responsibilities

• Ensure that all public guest-facing and back of house areas of the hotel are properly cleaned at all times in line with the hotels Standard Operating Procedures for cleaning these areas.
• Waters flower arrangement in lobby and remove as per schedule
• Report any fire or safety hazard to housekeeping management.
• Ensure all health & safety requirements are adhered to.
• Ensure records are maintained for housekeeping inventory as applicable.
• Ensure that lost and found articles are processed properly
• Follow and recommend measures to minimize all wastage of materials and amenities are used in the department.

Qualifications

• High School diploma
• Previous experience in same positionfor at least 1 year.
• Luxury hotel experience is a must
• Passion for excellent service
• Excellent team player and great communication skills
