Job summary

A leading hospitality company in Ajman seeks a dedicated Pool Attendant to greet guests and ensure a safe and enjoyable pool experience. Responsibilities include monitoring the pool area, setting up furniture, and providing excellent customer service. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma and previous experience in hospitality. This is a full-time position requiring occasional evening, weekend, and holiday work.

Job description

• Monitor the pool area to ensure safety and comfort for all guests.
• Enforce pool rules and regulations in a courteous manner.
• Set up and maintain poolside furniture including chairs towels umbrellas and tables.
• Assist guests with pool‑related inquiries or concerns offering recommendations or guidance as needed.
• Ensure the cleanliness of the pool area by picking up trash wiping down surfaces and ensuring proper disposal of waste.
• Take guest orders provide recommendations and deliver drinks promptly.
• Respond promptly to guest needs such as providing towels or ensuring seating arrangements are comfortable.
• Monitor pool area for any safety hazards and address any risks promptly.
• Report any accidents injuries or incidents to management and follow appropriate safety procedures.
• Ensure the area is compliant with health and safety regulations including pool hygiene standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications
