We are a dynamic FMCG company renowned for delivering high-quality food products in the UAE market. As part of our ongoing expansion, we are seeking an experienced and innovative Food Technologist to join our Dubai team and drive excellence in product development and quality assurance.

• Develop new food products in line with market trends and customer preferences.
• Conduct shelf-life studies, sensory evaluations, and raw material assessments.
• Ensure all products comply with UAE food safety standards and international regulations.
• Collaborate with R&D, production, and quality teams to optimise formulations and processes.
• Troubleshoot production issues related to food quality, texture, and safety.
• Stay up to date with food science innovations and industry best practices.
• Document research findings, trial results, and formulation changes accurately.
• Support in audit preparation and regulatory inspections.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the FMCG industry within the UAE.
• In-depth knowledge of food processing, safety standards, and quality systems.
• Familiarity with UAE food regulations, HACCP, and ISO 22000.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and project management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and food product formulation tools.
