We are seeking a well-groomed, poised, and customer-oriented Hostess to join our luxury five-star hotel team. As the first point of contact for guests in our fine dining or all-day dining restaurants, the Hostess is responsible for providing a warm and welcoming experience, managing reservations, and ensuring smooth guest seating and flow of the dining area.

1. Greet and welcome guests promptly and courteously upon arrival.
2. Manage guest reservations using the hotel’s reservation system (e.g., OpenTable, SevenRooms, etc.).
3. Maintain an organized and accurate waitlist during peak times.
4. Escort guests to their tables and ensure their comfort and satisfaction.
5. Communicate guest preferences and special occasions to the restaurant team.
6. Coordinate with service staff to ensure smooth dining room operations.
7. Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries regarding menus, timings, and reservations.
8. Upsell hotel facilities, special dining events, or promotions as appropriate.
9. Maintain a clean and organized hostess station and lobby area.
10. Adhere to hotel grooming and appearance standards.
11. Provide support during large functions or private events as needed.

1. Proven experience as a Hostess or Guest Relations Officer in a luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant (minimum 1–2 years preferred).

Job Type: Full-time
