Your primary role will involve greeting guests, managing reservations, and coordinating dining arrangements, ensuring that every visitor feels valued and attended to.
- Greet and welcome guests upon their arrival with a friendly demeanor
- Manage reservations and maintain an organized seating plan
- Escort guests to their tables and present menus
- Provide information about the menu and special events occurring within the Palace
- Coordinate with wait staff to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction
- Address guest inquiries, comments, and concerns professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the reception and dining areas
- Assist in planning and coordinating special events when necessary
- Previous experience as a Hostess in a high-end restaurant, hotel, or similar environment
- Strong customer service orientation and a passion for hospitality
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
- Excellent grooming and presentation skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Must be in UAE
Salary: AED 3,000 plus accommodation, food, toiletries, and other benefits as per UAE labor law.
