Qualifications

• Prior experience in a stewarding role, preferably in a wellness hospitality setting or high-end hotel/resort.
• Understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Physically fit and capable of handling a hands-on, active role.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of all kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Assist chefs and kitchen staff by ensuring availability of clean tools and equipment.
• Monitor cleaning supplies and restock as necessary.
• Adhere to wellness principles using eco-friendly cleaning agents.
• Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for events.
• Collaborate with other departments for smooth kitchen operations.
