Job Overview :

We are looking for a highly motivated Data Analyst Trainee to join our team remotely. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or aspiring data professionals to gain hands-on experience in data analysis, visualization, and reporting. The trainee will work closely with our data analytics team to derive insights, optimize business processes, and support decision-making with data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Assist in collecting, cleaning, and organizing data from various sources.
2. Perform basic data analysis and generate reports to identify trends and insights.
3. Support in developing dashboards and visualizations using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
4. Work with structured and unstructured data to extract meaningful information.
5. Collaborate with different teams to understand data needs and provide analytical support.
6. Learn and apply statistical techniques, predictive modeling, and data storytelling.
7. Document findings, methodologies, and best practices for future reference.

Requirements :

1. Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing) in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
2. Basic understanding of SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI / Tableau).
3. Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis is a plus.
4. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
5. Attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
6. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
7. Eagerness to learn new tools and technologies in data analytics.
