About the Role

We are looking for a builder‑minded Senior Data Scientist who works at the intersection of data modeling, BI reporting and advanced analytics. You will independently develop and deploy data analytics solutions that drive measurable business impact, owning problems from opportunity identification to production deployment. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, rigorous statistical analysis and hands‑on development of analytics tools and dashboards.

What You’ll be Doing

This role exists to provide actionable insights and scalable analytics solutions that directly influence strategic decisions and operational improvements.

Critical outcomes for the next 6‑12 months include:

  1. Building and deploying data models that drive measurable business value weekly.
  2. Delivering interactive BI dashboards that are actively used by stakeholders.
  3. Enhancing the organization’s data science capabilities through strategic improvements.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Identify high‑impact business problems and own them from conception to value delivery.
  • Build and ship data models that support reporting analysis and decision‑making.
  • Build and scale interactive BI dashboards using BI tools such as Holistics.
  • Conduct rigorous statistical analysis to uncover trends, patterns and drivers of business performance.
  • Proactively engage with stakeholders to understand business challenges and define success metrics.
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions without requiring management oversight.
  • Balance quick wins with strategic improvements to our data science capabilities.
What You will need for this position
  • 6 years of experience in data science, analytics or a related field.
  • Strong expertise in SQL, Python/R and data modeling.
  • Experience building BI dashboards using tools such as Holistics, Tableau or Power BI.
  • Proven ability to conduct statistical analyses and translate findings into actionable insights.
  • Experience deploying analytics solutions into production environments.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to work independently.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science or a related field.
