Operations Associate – KlicklX / KlicklOne

Klickl is a regulated Web3.0 open-finance platform bridging traditional banking and blockchain rails. Through KlicklX (consumer superapp) and KlicklOne (merchant and institutional platform), Klickl provides accounts, custody wallets, payments, settlements, and on/off-ramp solutions under a fully compliant FSRA framework.

The Operations Associate ensures Klickl’s day-to-day financial and digital asset operations run seamlessly and efficiently across regions. Working closely with the Asia operations and support teams, this role ensures all products and services operate smoothly, regulatory processes are maintained, and customers enjoy a consistent, reliable experience.

• Coordinate daily operations across UAE and Asia teams to ensure uninterrupted service delivery for KlicklX and KlicklOne.
• Oversee transaction settlements, reconciliations, and liquidity movements across fiat and crypto accounts.
• Support account onboarding, KYC/AML verification, and merchant activation in alignment with compliance requirements.
• Manage card issuance, activation, and dispute resolution with regional partners.
• Monitor operational dashboards to identify potential bottlenecks or service disruptions.
• Liaise with internal departments (Compliance, Finance, Tech, Customer Support) to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
• Communicate with Asia backend and product support teams to ensure all system updates, releases, and new features operate smoothly.
• Prepare periodic reports for management and regulators on operational performance.
• Maintain SOPs and contribute to continuous improvement of operational workflows.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in fintech, payment operations, or digital asset platforms.
• Understanding of FSRA regulations and compliance requirements is preferred.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-border teams (Asia and UAE).
• Strong Excel/reporting and process improvement skills.
• Attention to detail, reliability, and proactive problem-solving mindset.

Role Overview

The Customer Support Specialist will act as the face of KlicklX, ensuring every user’s journey—from onboarding to ongoing transactions—is smooth, clear, and delightful. Working hand-in-hand with the Asia support and product operations teams, you will ensure all KlicklX and KlicklOne services perform flawlessly and customers receive timely, accurate, and empathetic assistance.

• Handle inbound inquiries via live chat, email, and in-app support channels with empathy and accuracy.
• Collaborate closely with Asia product and technical teams to ensure operational issues are swiftly identified and resolved.
• Guide users through account setup, KYC verification, deposits, card activation, and transaction troubleshooting.
• Monitor and escalate complex cases to compliance, risk, or tech teams for resolution.
• Provide structured feedback from users to improve product features and operational workflows.
• Coordinate with the UAE operations team to ensure consistent user experience across regions.
• Track support KPIs such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to building Klickl’s knowledge base and FAQs for self-service improvement.
• Maintain compliance with FSRA communication and record-keeping standards.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years in customer support, fintech, or payments.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English (Mandarin/Arabic a plus).
• Collaborative mindset to work effectively with Asia operations and engineering teams.
• Passion for helping users and improving customer satisfaction metrics.
• Understanding of digital wallets, cards, or Web3-related services is an advantage.

About Klickl

Klickl is a regulated Web3.0 open-finance platform under FSRA supervision, operating KlicklX (consumer superapp) and KlicklOne (merchant/institutional platform). Klickl bridges digital assets and traditional finance through compliant banking, custody, and payment infrastructure across the Middle East and Asia.

The Compliance Associate ensures that Klickl’s operations, products, and services fully comply with FSRA, ADGM, and global regulatory standards. This role collaborates closely with the Asia compliance and operations teams to ensure consistent, seamless compliance oversight across KlicklX and KlicklOne. You will play a key role in AML monitoring, risk assessment, policy enforcement, and ongoing regulatory reporting to support Klickl’s licensed operations.

• Assist in daily AML/CFT monitoring, transaction screening, and suspicious activity investigations.
• Conduct onboarding due diligence (KYC/KYB) for retail, professional, and institutional clients.
• Ensure all compliance processes align with FSRA Rulebooks, including AML, COBS, and Prudential Rules.
• Collaborate with the Asia compliance team to maintain consistent standards across all regions.
• Prepare, review, and update compliance manuals, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain accurate compliance records and assist in regulatory audit preparations.
• Monitor changes in regulations, prepare impact assessments, and recommend policy adjustments.
• Provide compliance training to operational and customer support teams.
• Assist in STR filings, PEP/Sanctions screening reviews, and risk scoring activities.
• Support the MLRO in drafting periodic reports for FSRA and senior management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in compliance, AML/CFT, or regulatory affairs in fintech or virtual asset firms.
• Familiarity with FSRA, ADGM, and FATF requirements.
• Strong understanding of KYC/KYB, sanctions screening, and risk-based approaches.
• Ability to work with multi-jurisdictional teams (especially across Asia and UAE).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Mandarin/Arabic is an advantage).
• Professional certifications (CAMS, ICA, or equivalent) preferred.
