We are looking for a Senior Operations Specialist to join our team who will be mainly responsible for:

• Understand and assist supervisor to lead team as per project SOW.
• Assist supervisor in carrying out or maintaining the project deliverable.
• Handle clients requests.

Your role in our mission:

• Analyze scanned documents for clarity and accuracy.
• Ensures proper documentation and integrity of scanned images.
• Follows the security and privacy policies standards and guidelines in order to protect the informational assets of both the company and their customers.
• Consistently maintain production processes while maintaining high quality.
• Accurately record production in the Daily Worksheet and perform endofday activities before project staff leaves individual and team targets met site is clean etc.
• Follow up with Clients requests.
• Check the Quality of the Work before submission to the customer.

Valued skills and experience:

• Bachelor in Arts / Diploma or equivalent.
• Maintaining confidentiality of work related information and materials.
• Demonstrated ability to pay attention to details.
• Document scanning experience is preferable.
