Whats on your plate:

• Lead and coach 23 Product Managers fostering a culture of outcome-driven product development customer empathy and high accountability.
• Drive roadmap alignment and delivery across multiple squads ensuring iterative execution and measurable results.
• Partner with commercial leadership to maximize customers growth and retention while balancing user needs with business outcomes.
• Apply data-driven methods and experimentation (A/B testing lifecycle analytics churn modeling) to continuously improve acquisition engagement and win-back strategies.
• Manage stakeholders effectively including regular reviews with senior leadership by clearly connecting product outcomes to talabats growth objectives.
• Build alignment across teams and functions ensuring customer retention priorities are integrated into broader company strategy

Qualifications :

• 7 years of product management experience with at least 2 years of people management (leading PMs).
• Resilient and driven thrives in a fast-paced environment with high expectations and ambitious goals.
• Strong data fluency: ability to generate insights run experiments and translate data into actionable decisions.
• Skilled at stakeholder management across business and technical functions with experience presenting to senior leadership.
• Strong product strategy and vision skills: ability to set direction for multiple teams and align them around a clear roadmap.
• Comfortable zooming out to drive strategy and zooming in to support tactical execution.
