A leading design firm in Dubai is seeking a Design Manager to lead a team in delivering comprehensive project design packages. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 5-8 years of facade design experience, including team management. Strong skills in CAD/Revit and expertise in various facade systems are essential for this role. The position offers an exciting opportunity to work on prominent projects in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in facade design including team management.
- Expertise in curtain wall, aluminum composite panels, unitized systems, and spider glazing.
- Strong leadership and project coordination abilities.
Responsabilités
- Lead a team of designers and draftsmen for full project design packages.
- Approve design submissions for compliance with standards and requirements.
- Liaise with consultants and contractors for project coordination.
- Prepare technical submittals and proposal reports.
- Provide technical support during site execution.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of designers and draftsmen for delivering full project design packages.
- Approve all design submissions ensuring compliance with standards codes and client requirements.
- Liaise with consultants, contractors and internal project teams for coordination.
- Prepare technical submittals, calculation reports and facade mock-up proposals.
- Provide technical support during site execution when required.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture/Civil/Mechanical Engineering.
- 5-8 years of experience, including team management in facade design.
- Expertise in curtain wall, aluminium composite panels, unitized systems and spider glazing.
- Advanced CAD/Revit skills with strong leadership and project coordination ability.
