Marsh Middle East is seeking a seasoned professional to join their growing team in the MENA region based in Dubai. This role requires working at least three days a week in the office, driving business growth and strengthening client relationships particularly in energy, power, and construction sectors.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in political risk and structured credit insurance. They will be responsible for structuring and placing risk solutions with global insurers, leading the end-to-end broking process, negotiating terms, and managing policy wordings.
This hybrid role involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with Lloyd's company markets and multilaterals to secure competitive coverage for clients. The successful candidate will also oversee policy management including claims handling where applicable and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Key responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities across the MENA region, focusing on KSA expansion. Collaboration with Country Sales Leaders is essential to train local teams and increase awareness of PRSC solutions.
As a key point of contact for strategic clients, the ideal candidate will ensure high service standards and retention. Providing expert guidance on political risk and structured credit solutions, they will offer reassurance and capability to clients.
Requirements for the position include experience in political risk and structured credit broking with strong technical expertise in structured credit, political risk, and credit insurance markets. A proven ability to manage insurer relationships and drive business growth is essential.
A client‑centric mindset with experience working with clients in energy, power, and construction sectors is necessary. Arabic language skills are an advantage but not essential.
