We are seeking a passionate Sommelier to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing an outstanding customer experience by recommending the best wines and maintaining a high level of knowledge and expertise in the wine field.
Responsibilities:
- Understand and stay updated on all products on the restaurant’s menu, including new offerings.
- Recommend wine selections that best complement guests’ meals.
- Provide detailed information on wines, winemakers, regions, vintages, etc.
- Maintain accurate records of all wines served.
- Handle stock rotation and quality control.
- Manage inventory and orders for restaurant supplies.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards.
- Provide superior customer service at all times.
Salary: 1800 AED (including housing)
