Overview

The Role Position Title: Senior Accountant. Employment Type: Full Time. Salary: up to 9.5K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications. Job Location: Dubai, UAE.

Responsibilities

• Preparing periodic financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow statement and KPI reports).
• Processing payments through banking platforms; handle and reconcile petty cash and monthly credit card transactions.
• Supporting P&L, cost / revenue analysis as directed by the Group Accounting Manager and coordinating with banks for daily operational transactions.
• Performing periodic reconciliation of general ledger accounts against approved budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in accounting or business related.
• Minimum 4 years of work experience in accounting field, preferably in the real estate or property management sector.
• Familiar with networking administration, security database management, cloud computing or software development.
