The Role

We are looking for an experienced and creative Event Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full cycle of corporate events for large clients — from receiving the brief to concept creation, execution, and final project closure. Your key mission will be to deliver outstanding, innovative, and memorable events while maintaining a high level of client service.

• Receive and process client briefs, conduct meetings, define goals, objectives, budgets, and formats.
• Develop creative event concepts, scripts, and tailor-made solutions for clients.
• Prepare and defend commercial offers and presentations.
• Manage clients through all project stages — from the first meeting to final reporting.
• Source and negotiate with contractors, venues, artists, and suppliers.
• Prepare detailed budgets, timelines, and project schedules.
• Build and lead project teams, distribute tasks, and ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Oversee event preparation and execution on-site, personally managing the event day.
• Handle project closure: reporting, photo / video delivery, feedback, and financial reconciliation.
• Work primarily on projects in Dubai and across the UAE, with possible business trips abroad.

• Proven experience in event management with corporate (B2B) clients and large businesses.
• Strong background in full-cycle project management ("turnkey" projects).
• High level of creativity and ability to develop unique and non-standard event concepts.
• Excellent client relationship management, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong vendor and contractor management experience (venues, artists, production, technical teams).
• Proficiency in budget planning, cost control, and financial reporting.
• Ability to build and lead project teams, both internal and external.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (fluent).
• Proven experience working in Dubai is a must.
