Customer Success Manager
Job summary
A leading staffing agency in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to drive customer satisfaction and the expansion of cybersecurity solutions. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in IT customer success or account management, strong relationship-building skills, and a proven record of upselling. This role is crucial for ensuring long-term customer satisfaction and engagement with our products.

Responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
- Serve as the main point of contact for accounts post-sales.

- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and collaborate with the sales team.
- Provide regular account reviews, reporting, and customer health analysis.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and elevate when needed.
Skills
