Job Summary: We are looking for a Senior Data Management Engineer / Senior Data Engineer with strong experience in data architecture, integration, and transformation, particularly with Informatica. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end data solutions that enable data accessibility, quality, and governance across the enterprise. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable, reliable, and secure data systems.
- Design, build, and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes using Informatica.
- Develop and optimize data integration workflows for structured and unstructured data.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and security across platforms.
- Collaborate with business analysts, data architects, and developers to align data solutions with business needs.
- Maintain documentation of data flows, processes, and systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues and performance bottlenecks.
- Participate in data modeling and architecture discussions.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 3 to 4 years of experience in data engineering or data management roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with Informatica (PowerCenter, IDQ, or Cloud Data Integration).
- Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.).
- Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and architecture.
- Experience with data governance and metadata management.
- Familiarity with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Very Good Level).
